Day 12: What the heck? A call from DOBA?

Today I saw on my caller ID that the drop ship sourcing company DOBA called. What could they want?
For those of you who don’t know, DOBA was my first choice and first attempt to use drop shipping to make money on eBay. Take a look at my about page. It didn’t work out and I am very surprised to see them calling and very curious too.
If anyone reads this, and I now know that at least one person does besides myself, then can you share in my comments section your experiences with DOBA? Have you had any luck with them? I thought their prices made it impossible to profit. Do you know why they could be calling me?
On to better subjects, my good pal eBay!
I have listed more auctions but do not have any bids yet. This is ok as last time my auctions got most of the bids in the final moments so I am going to cross my fingers and hope that the items I listed are not just too late for the season.
From my conversation email with Chris from dropshippingsucks.com I have some products lined up just in case. I was hoping to cash in on the holidays one more time with some 3-day quickies. I will keep you posted.
I am going to again skip a day on the picture as I am really running low. Maybe I can pester Chris to make more but I think I pester him enough.

Doba absoluetly sucks! From the so called wholesale prices to the phone calls! I was currently tested 2 drop shipper wholesale companies, Doba and sunrise wholesalers. With doba you have to register of coarse and then they want you to do some class type section by section thing. Then within hours you will get a call from them, Not thanking you for joining but to try and get you to upgrade which means dropping $200 plus dollars for a year membership etc..and if you do not pick up they WILL call and call until you do, kind of like a credit collector! I could not make a sale to save my life because the prices were not good at all, other sellers were selling the same item for waay less. I sold 1 item while on the 14 day free trial and it took daaaaaays for shipping and any info to be emailed to me!The price it sold at my profit was a mere $20.I was not happy at all. However with sunrise wholesalers I registered, pay $14 for monthly membership and the prices are up to 70% off and other sellers sell them but sometimes waaaay higher. In my first week with them I made a profit of a bit over $300 with the home decor section..not alot but not $20! they do not call you and try to make you upgrade. when you log in the upgrade button is available if you want if not then thats fine too. You order your products tehy are shipped usually the very next business day and gets to the buyer within 5 days using UPS with tracking.and thast it. very simple. I closed my account with doba before the free trial ended. I figured why would I drop over $200 on this company when I am not making any money off this stuff.Th ewholephone calling and harrassing was a turn off. I am on your side with the whole doba suck!

Annette, I just checked out sunrise wholesalers and it says if you register before Aug 31 you get a lifetime membership for free. I am new at this and would like to know if you really think this is a good drop shipper, even though it’s free I don’t want to waste my time if it turns out to be like a scam or something that leads to being pressured to buy. Rprov, the free membership cutoff is now November 30. I wonder if this date keeps moving each month, and hence is always free.

I am new to the dropshipping business and am considering sunrise wholesalers for my first supplier. I registered with them and I wish to sell their products. I am just not sure what to sell. I see you had success in the home decor section but the prices on ebay for those items are so low that I could barely make a profit off them. Could you give me any advice on how to get my dropshipping goals off the ground with sunrise wholesalers? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
